The Position

The Lab is a central part of Integrated Experience and Operations (IXO) within Business Excellence, dedicated to producing digital content and executing omnichannel campaigns. With a global reach supporting over 140 affiliates and a team of approximately 600 members across 10+ locations, the department ensures high-quality content is delivered efficiently and cost-effectively. As a member of the Digital Content and Services team, you will focus on managing specific areas within The Lab and supporting platform governance for tools like Veeva, AEM, and E-wizard.

In the role of Digital Content and Operations Lead, you will manage digital content delivery and services while designing solutions alongside product owners. You will lead a service delivery team of internal and external resources, collaborating with key departments such as Global Pharma Strategy, Medical Affairs, and Product Development. This position requires a deep understanding of next-generation technologies to optimize end-to-end processes and ensure seamless service delivery across global, regional, and affiliate levels.

The Opportunity

  • Partner with key stakeholders in GPS/PI and Foundational Products to understand strategic priorities and translate business objectives into master asset strategies and executable campaign roadmaps.

  • Lead end-to-end digital campaign ownership, overseeing the process from initial planning and launch to performance tracking and optimization.

  • Design, implement, and optimize various digital services, including web, email, SEO, paid media, creative, medical copywriting, and translation.

  • Develop sustainable service standards and improve service models by identifying root causes for optimization and utilizing next-generation technologies like GenAI.

  • Drive the adoption of the Lab to optimize costs and achieve OPEX savings while providing digital content best practices and monitoring KPIs at affiliate and disease area levels.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Digital Asset Management (DAM), overseeing design, workflow, metadata, and tools while leading engagement with agency partners.

  • Identify training needs and conduct sessions to ensure effective process adoption while coaching and empowering team members in a collaborative environment.

Who You Are

  • A visionary leader and coach with a start-up mentality who can navigate complexity, influence without authority, and mentor teams to succeed in fast-paced environments.

  • An experienced professional in digital content management, operations, and service design, preferably with a background in healthcare, consumer goods, or agency consulting.

  • A tech-savvy individual with a passion for next-generation technology and its application within marketing and sales.

  • A collaborator with a strong track record of partnering with multiple stakeholder groups to deliver high-quality content across different geographies and cultures.

  • A qualified expert with a Bachelor’s degree in business or a quantitative field (advanced degree preferred) and expertise in tools like Veeva Vault PromoMats and DAM systems
