The Digital Content Governance Associate is responsible for collaborating with a team to execute promotional activities and publish content to Dimensional’s external and internal websites. They are expected to gain an in-depth understanding of Dimensional’s digital platforms, web governance standards, and how these platforms and content can be leveraged to meet the needs of the business.
The Associate is a key member of the Marketing Ops team, which is responsible for ensuring that effective content is used across multiple digital platforms to support the firm’s strategic sales and marketing efforts. The Associate will be provided with formal training opportunities which will aid in their professional development and transition to the company.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the daily management of the internal, client, and public websites.
Collaborate with SMES, sales partners, and product teams to build new content experiences and consult on content strategy for key campaigns.
Manage multiple content projects simultaneously to adhere to a firm release schedule while ensuring proper review/supervision from legal and compliance teams and stakeholders.
Project management for web-related initiatives, ranging from simple publishing tasks to user and content experience projects.
Manage a library of digital assets, including regional and content topic tagging, working with vendors, and governance.
Active participation in digital content management planning sessions, serving as a SME publishing specialist for the team.
Deliver key content strategy deliverables such as content inventories and audits, content strategy decks, and content type mapping exercises.
Follow guidelines for the management and curation of content.
Support ongoing process documentation efforts.
Support testing and validation of product enhancements.
Perform regular quality assurance checks to ensure marketing collateral has been published properly.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, MIS, Business Administration, Finance, or similar fields.
At least 2 years of professional experience in digital marketing and/or financial services.
Experience with content management (CMS) platforms digital asset management (DAM) platforms is required. Sitecore experience is a plus.
Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
Strong team player with openness to feedback and desire to collaborate.
High attention to detail and experience with managing projects or tasks to complete key deliverables.
Knowledge of financial terminology preferred.
Experience working in regulated industry.
A firm understanding of user experience and strong search engine optimization (SEO) skills.
Past experience working or knowledge of technology behind digital systems (CSS, HTML etc.) is a plus.
