Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Digital Content & Design Specialist who will support our communication, branding, and digital content efforts.
This role will be responsible for visual content creation, social media management, communication materials, and video editing activities, ensuring consistency with our corporate identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage content for corporate social media channels, including daily posts, advertising banners, and campaign visuals
- Edit and produce video content, including basic post‑production and motion editing
- Support external communication and brand campaigns with creative assets
- Create campaign visuals, banners, mailing materials, and digital content for brand communication activities
- Manage and maintain the content of corporate and brand websites, ensuring accuracy and up‑to‑date information
- Update and optimize website interface visuals, such as sliders and landing pages
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors or agencies when required
- Contribute to creative processes by following global and local design trends
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from relevant university departments
- At least 1 year of managerial experience in corporate communications, public relations, and/or digital marketing
- Proven experience in graphic design and digital content creation
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or similar)
- Experience with social media platforms and content management
- Basic to intermediate video editing skills
- Strong visual storytelling and communication skills
- Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
- Experience or strong interest in using AI tools for creative and digital content production
- Proficiency in English and Turkish.
