The Opportunity –
This role supports the creation, design, and delivery of digital content used across builder education programs, learning platforms, websites, and internal operational resources. You will work closely with Operations and program teams to transform technical, regulatory, and construction-related information into clear, well-designed, and easy-to-use digital materials. This position sits within the Operations team and supports program delivery rather than corporate marketing. The role is ideal for a hands-on digital producer who enjoys combining creative design skills with structured, program-driven work and takes pride in producing polished, practical content that directly supports builders and internal teams. As with all members of the Operations division, this role also contributes to broader team responsibilities, supporting day-to-day activities, program execution, and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
A day in the life -
Assist in building and assembling online educational content for builders and industry partners using our Learning Management System (LMS).
Design and format course materials including slide decks, worksheets, reference guides, and supporting documents.
Create visual and digital assets such as graphics, short-form videos, animations, and instructional content for web, courses, and program use.
Upload, update, and maintain digital content across company websites using WordPress or similar content management systems.
Prepare and publish builder-focused content including articles, program updates, course information, and industry resources.
Support scheduled digital publishing by preparing visual assets and ensuring consistency across platforms and brands.
Design supporting materials such as one-pagers, presentations, infographics, and reference tools used by builders and internal teams.
Utilize AI-enabled tools to support video production, editing, and content development.
Maintain organized shared folders, templates, and digital asset libraries.
Collaborate with operational, technical, and program leaders to support new program launches, updates, and ongoing improvements.
Provide general operational support and participate in cross-functional initiatives, consistent with the shared responsibilities of the Operations team.
What you will bring to the team -
A creative, organized digital producer who enjoys bringing ideas to life visually, not just maintaining content.
Comfortable translating technical, regulatory, or construction-related information into clear, engaging digital resources.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
Able to take direction, follow established standards, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Comfortable working from rough concepts and turning them into polished, professional deliverables.
Proficient with Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
Experienced in short-form video editing using tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Express.
Familiar with AI-assisted content tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Synthesia, or similar platforms).
Comfortable working with WordPress and web-based publishing tools.
Curious and interested in learning about residential construction, building practices, and home warranty programs.
Salary Expectations -
The expected salary range for this position is $45,000 to $55,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope, and level.
