What’s the job?
Support the team deploying Global Blue’s international marketing and communication strategy.
Drive traffic to the Global Blue Group digital ecosystem by providing support to the Digital and Content Marketing Managers (content creation and design).
What will you do?
Take part in preparing the marketing and communication content plan in partnership with the BI and commercial team
Create, localize, and edit visual and written digital content, including infographics, short video content, as well as visuals and graphics for newsletters, presentations, or blog articles
Contribute to the visual and editorial animation of Global Blue’s B2B and Corporate website: publish, optimize, and update website content (articles, news etc.)
Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
Press : Gather, verify, and recommend information and press articles to support the Content Manager
Edit and proofread FR and EN content before it is published online
Help the team create and enrich illustrations for the site (photo, video, images, pictograms etc.) via the Content Management System (CMS)
Optimize the natural Search Engine Optimization (SEO) by exploiting keywords and HTML tags (title, description, Alt H1, H2 etc.)
Market research on the latest trends/news for market studies, presentations, and articles
Support the marketing team by sharing ideas, participating in team meetings, and attending luxury industry webinars

You are a curious, resourceful, and innovative person with good analytical skills
You have a first experience in digital marketing or digital performance
Currently studying Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent at university
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French
Interest in retail, digital marketing, and luxury products
Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Widespread CMS skills is ideal: WordPress, and Magnolia
Knowledge of Adobe Suite to create print and visual content
Canva
Google tools (Analytics, Trends, Play Play)
