Hiring: Digital Content Administrator

I’m Adelina Kiškytė, leading Digital Operations and Optimization team at Telia, and I’m currently looking for a Digital Content Administrator to join our team in Vilnius. The role focuses on managing and optimizing digital content across websites and mobile apps to support commercial goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage website and mobile app content to support commercial goals and user experience.
  • Create, update, and maintain digital content across multiple platforms.
  • Set content‑related objectives and monitor, analyze, and present performance results.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, commercial, and business teams, as well as SEO, CRO, and UX specialists.
  • Provide insights into the technical capabilities and opportunities of content management systems.
  • Work with developers and other IT specialists to ensure digital platforms support team and organizational goals.

What will help you thrive in this role

The suitable candidate is an analytical and proactive doer, eager to identify the best ways to improve customer experience. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

  • Hands-on experience with content management systems (e.g. Contentful or similar).
  • Familiarity with working with data and analytics tools (e.g. GA4, Qlik, or similar).
  • Good understanding of digital customer journeys.
  • Experience in copywriting and creating written content.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO and UX principles.
  • At least basic knowledge of HTML.
  • Fluency in English and Lithuanian languages (both written and spoken).

Monthly salary range for this position – 2100-2900 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses, depending on your skills and experience.
