Job Description:


    

This role is responsible for supporting the execution of brand strategies and contributing to the development and implementation of new ideas and techniques under guidance. This role will work closely with other team members to ensure strong collaborative relationships are nurtured and important information is shared.

Job Qualifications

P&G is looking for an E-commerce Brand Manager in Manila. This role will include the following:

 

Lead, develop, and implement the eCommerce strategy & plan to accelerate growth for some of our key brands. This includes, but is not limited to, portfolio choice, assortment, and promotion.

 

Lead, develop, and complete user growth plan across eCommerce platforms.

 

Handle coordinated traffic planning (eMedia, social, content, etc.), analysis, and optimization to achieve traffic growth with improved efficiency.

 

Lead, develop, and implement brand / initiative activation plan to drive traffic and shopper / customer excitement.

 

Liaise with total Brand team and eCommerce central teams to improve resources and reapply standard processes.

  • Qualifications
    • 2-5 of Brand Management experience.
    • Recent experience (at least 12 months) in eCommerce (as a client, agency or directly with an eCommerce platform), preferably with FMCG categories.
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience or higher
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
