What you will do:
The Digital Campaign Specialist is responsible for assisting with the design, build and execution of digital marketing strategies for the Johnson Controls Global Products and Solutions business. This role will include supporting and managing content for global product brand websites and the build and execution of email, search engine, programmatic and social advertising campaigns leveraging marketing automation. This role will take part in the digital transformation, laying down a foundation of best practices, continuous improvement efforts and courageous change toward a digital-first mindset.
How will you do it:
Partner with marketing managers to implement global multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, ensuring campaign orchestration and content is optimized for local performance
Supports product brand websites for the fire suppression and detection businesses and assists with project to migrate legacy websites to the Sitecore platform.
Manages/updates content and documents for public websites and distributor portals while archiving source files and coordinating/uploading translations as specified.
Maintains database of authorized distributors, OEMs and internal stakeholders to provide communications and information via email and secure portal access
Monitors social media channel performance and provides recommendations to optimize content and monitoring and responding to social media inquiries Establish detailed A/B testing processes to test creative design, content, cadence, and timing to improve campaign performance.
Support the larger marketing team to measure and report on campaign and website tracking and performance.
Utilize strong analytical ability to provide campaign and web optimization recommendations based on testing and ongoing results.
Communicate project status including risks and action items to drive completion in a timely manner.
Partners with agencies and other vendor partners.
What we look for:
Required
Bachelor’s degree in marketing operations, marketing, communications, business or a related field, or equivalent experience
6 years marketing experience
Salesforce and marketing automation knowledge
Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Google Analytics, Tag Manager & Data Studio
Highly customer focused and manages expectations
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to ‘translate’ digital marketing speak into business strategies for internal stakeholders
Effective organizational skills with track record of completing projects on time and on budget
Ability to work effectively in a high growth, dynamic environment
Ability to navigate a highly matrixed and geographically dispersed organization
Action oriented self-starter with commitment to delivering with excellence
Understanding of website management
Preferred:
Pardot
Sitecore
Social media platform – Hootsuite or HubSpot

experience working with agency or creative teams
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $85,000 - $110,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
