Job Summary

The Digital Business Transformation Staff will work closely with the finance and enterprise IT teams to ensure our technology solutions enable the finance organization to achieve strategic business objectives. This individual will be responsible designing and implementing a clear Enterprise Resource Planning (“ERP”) data governance process with finance and IT leadership. This role will also be responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of ERP process flows and govern system backlog and technology roadmap prioritization. The ideal candidate will have fluency across technology, finance, and project management disciplines, and will be able to disposition ambiguous requirements, competing priorities and other challenges. We are seeking a detailed, solution-oriented individual that can work in a face-paced environment. You will be the linchpin ensuring that our new ERP system delivers trusted, accurate data and evolves effectively with business needs. This role spans governance design, process oversight, collaboration across teams, and identifying forward-looking tech opportunities like AI, ML, and RPA.

The selected candidate will be required to work full-time, onsite at our location in El Segundo, CA.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Design & Operationalize Data Governance
    • Develop and implement a robust data governance framework for the new ERP, including policies, roles, data stewardship, and metadata cataloging  .
    • Establish clear accountability—tracking data ownership, stewardship responsibilities, and governance workflows.
  • Ensure Data Quality, Completeness & Reliability
    • Work closely with data owners and stewards to monitor data quality metrics, conduct validation and cleansing, and resolve issues promptly  .
    • Ensure regular stewardship activities (e.g., accuracy checks, compliance) are performed consistently by data owners.
  • Maintain Process Flows & Documentation.
    • Collaborate with process owners to build and keep up-to-date process flow documentation, ensuring alignment with ERP operations and governance standards.
    • Govern Backlog & Upgrade Prioritization
  • Manage the ERP improvement backlog: maintaining completeness, prioritizing items with leadership, and ensuring IT executes effectively.
    • Drive Innovation: AI, ML & RPA Integration.
    • Identify high-impact opportunities to augment ERP capabilities using AI, ML, and automation.
    • Help finance leadership to develop business cases with ROI analysis, implementation plans, and change management strategies.
  • Develop, track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for the system, ensuring leadership has clear visibility into systems performance, data quality, process compliance, and areas for improvement.
  • Facilitate awareness and training on governance best practices across teams.

What You Need to be Successful

Minimum Requirements for the Digital Business Transformation Staff IV include:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5+ years of experience developing and implementing finance technology solutions and optimizing finance and accounting processes
  • Proven track record with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics)—especially ensuring data governance and quality.
  • Knowledge of data governance frameworks, metadata, data quality tools, and ERP data structures
  • Strong business-case development expertise and ROI modeling for tech initiatives.
  • Excellent at stakeholder engagement, cross-functional facilitation, and influencing both business and IT teams.
  • Skilled in translating complex governance concepts into practical operations.

  • Master’s degree
  • 8+ years of years of experience developing and implementing finance technology solutions and optimizing finance and accounting processes
  • Demonstrated experience turning ERP data governance into measurable business value.
  • Proven ability to identify and implement emerging technologies.

We offer a competitive compensation package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business.  The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below.  Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skills.
