Job Mission

As a Digital Business Development, you will act as a Product Owner within the Savings & Investments (S&I) domain, playing a key role in the definition, delivery and evolution of the global S&I Platform across geographies.

You will work at the intersection of business, customer experience and technology, ensuring that product initiatives are delivered in line with the customer journey vision and global platform strategy.

Within the Digital Platform Strategy & Customer Experience team, your focus will be on the full digital product lifecycle, managing squads, backlog ownership, coordinating cross-functional delivery and collaboration with countries and technology teams.

Main Activities

  • Act as Product Owner for assigned digital products or initiatives within Savings & Investments.
  • Translate business and country needs into clear requirements, user stories and backlog items.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, ensuring product roadmaps are aligned with strategic objectives and customer journey vision, aligning with channels and CX teams.
  • Collaborate with countries to gather inputs and priorities, ensuring alignment with global objectives.
  • Manage the product backlog, sprint planning and delivery execution.
  • Identify, assess and propose new product features and enhancements, evaluating feasibility, impact and dependencies.
  • Track development progress, scope and dependencies.
  • Support user testing, training, communication and go-live activities.
  • Define and Monitor product KPIs and contribute to performance analysis and optimization.
  • Ensure UX consistency across features and releases.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external providers as needed.

Experience

  • Proven experience in banking, wealth & investments, fintech, e-commerce or online platforms.
  • Strong understanding of digital product development, from ideation to delivery and evolution.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Good understanding of technology concepts and development principles.
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary, distributed teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and test hypotheses on trends and opportunities.
  • Customer-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker with a problem-solving attitude.
  • Core competencies: customer focus, action orientation, effective communication, innovation and adaptability.

Education and additional requirements

  • University degree.
  • Fluent English and Spanish (C1 level).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work with remote teams and across geographies.
  • Strong execution focus and passion for delivery.
