About the Role:
As the dedicated Business partner to our Corporate Functions, you are the strategic liaison between the Digital team and key business stakeholders, ensuring that technology investments align with business goals. The Business Partner leads Digital strategy development, manages stakeholder relationships, and identifies opportunities for digital transformation that enhance operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:
Building and maintaining strong, trust-based relationships with business leaders and stakeholders
Facilitating ongoing dialogue to ensure mutual understanding of priorities, challenges, and opportunities
Conducting strategic analysis of business processes and identify areas for digital transformation
Translating macro business requirements into high-level IT concepts and collaborate with technical teams to design effective solutions
Develop models and plans to drive the execution of the business strategy, taking advantage of opportunities to improve business performance
Maintains accurate and current digital capability roadmaps, reviewed and updated bi-annually
Leading the development of Digital strategies in partnership with key business stakeholders to support organisational objectives.
Define expected benefits, costs, risks, and success measures to support informed decision-making.
About you:
You will be a strong communicator, who enjoys working with different stakeholders and driving outcomes. You will also have:
5 years’ experience in IT, business analysis, or stakeholder management roles
Proven experience in aligning IT solutions with business strategies
Strong understanding of enterprise systems, digital transformation, and business process improvement
Ability to influence decision-making through evidence-based analysis.
