Role: Digital Business Analyst – Marketing & Web Platforms

Job Summary:

The Digital Business Analyst acts as the link between marketing and technical teams, translating business needs into effective digital solutions. This role focuses on gathering requirements, supporting website enhancements and migration to Azure, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment. The analyst also supports testing, documentation, and process improvements to enhance marketing website operations

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison between marketing stakeholders and the development team.
• Understand and document the marketing roadmap, campaigns, and business priorities.
• Elicit, analyze, and validate requirements for website features, updates, and campaigns.
• Create and maintain user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
• Support WordPress website migration to Azure, including Dev/Test/Prod environments.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and QA to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming sessions.
• Coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure marketing approvals.
• Maintain documentation of business processes, workflows, and website functionalities.
• Identify process improvements and recommend solutions to improve efficiency in marketing website operations.

The base salary for this position is $ 92,250 - $98,850 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies. Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital marketing, e-commerce, or website management.
  • Strong understanding of WordPress CMS and web content management workflows.
  • Experience working with digital marketing teams and campaign management.
  • Solid understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience creating user stories, process flows, wireframes, and acceptance criteria.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Azure environments and website migration concepts is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working with globally distributed teams

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of SEO best practices and website performance optimization.
  • Experience with marketing analytics, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and development processes.
  • Experience in fast casual / restaurant or retail industry is a plus.
