At Morgan & Morgan, the work we do matters. For millions of Americans, we’re their last line of defense against insurance companies, large corporations or defective goods. From attorneys in all 50 states, to client support staff, creative marketing to operations teams, every member of our firm has a key role to play in the winning fight for consumer rights. Our over 6,000 employees are all united by one mission: For the People.
Morgan & Morgan has been fighting for justice for over three decades, but our approach has been different since day one. As America’s Largest Injury Law Firm, we practice over 50 areas of personal injury law and operate in all 50 states.
We are seeking a Brand Strategist focused on Lifecycle Marketing to create cohesive, value-driven communication with clients and prospects before and after conversion. This role will guide email newsletters, SMS campaigns, app push notifications, and automated journeys — while also helping build our subscriber base and shaping initiatives like webinars, resource centers, and downloadable content that keep audiences engaged.
The right candidate will bring both strategic insight and creative expertise — able to grow and segment audiences, shape the brand voice across all lifecycle channels, and ensure that every touchpoint adds value at every stage of the journey. This role requires strong collaboration with email operations and creative teams, ensuring that all automated and recurring communications reflect our brand, build trust, and drive long-term retention.
