We are looking for a Clinical Integration Manager to lead the clinical integration of mobile sensor data workflows in clinical development processes and drive the delivery of digital biomarker clinical trials from Phase 1 to Phase 4. In this role, you will champion the culture and values of our team while managing unique opportunities to shape the future of healthcare.
We, the Digital Biomarker (dBM) Chapter in Roche Information Solutions, are an integrated team of scientists, technologists, data analysts and operationalization experts, that leverages mobile technologies like smartphones and wearables to collect objective and continuous sensor data from patients in clinical trials. We co-create innovative digital remote monitoring concepts for sensitive and meaningful drug development endpoints, implement them in technology solutions, develop health related outcome measures with the data, seek community- and regulatory acceptance of corresponding endpoints and offer them to Biopharma companies and research institutes for use in clinical trials. Moreover, we are establishing the scientific foundations for disease monitoring and screening solutions in clinical practice.
Execute Strategy: You execute our digital biomarker strategy to seamlessly integrate mobile sensor data workflows into clinical development processes for our customers.
Customer Partnership: You establish trusted partner relationships with clinical trial customer teams, spanning from pre-sales conversations on RIS Digital Biomarker products through to study protocol development and engagement close-out.
Delivery Leadership: You integrate, project manage, and lead the delivery of digital biomarker deployment in clinical trials with both Roche Pharma and external customers.
Regulatory Management: You drive the remote patient monitoring components of IRB/Ethics Committee submissions and actively address follow-up inquiries to ensure compliance.
Logistics & Vendor Oversight: You develop translation, logistics, and support processes, while selecting and managing the vendors required to provide these services at scale.
Operational Support: You provide operational support for digital biomarker solutions in studies, acting as the primary point of contact for requests from physicians and study coordinators.
Team Management: You establish and lead matrix teams of employees, contractors, and consultants to successfully deliver on your portfolio of clinical studies.
Industry Representation: You represent Roche Digital Biomarkers at conferences and industry events, ensuring effective end-to-end communication and information sharing.
You hold a University degree in Life Sciences or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
You possess excellent knowledge of Digital Biomarker or eCOA deployment and operations within clinical drug trials.
You demonstrate extensive experience in the area of sensor data and digital biomarker development.
You have a proven track record of guiding diverse expert teams at the interface of clinical science, sensor technologies, and informatics.
You are experienced in managing senior stakeholders across a broad range of customer collaborations, even when interests compete.
You are a transparent communicator who applies effective, empowering leadership to drive team success.
You are highly organized, capable of creating and maintaining accurate study-level progress information through the efficient use of systems and reporting tools.
