Digital Automation Trainee (m/f/d)

PwC Luxembourg is hiring a Digital Automation Trainee M/F/D. What if it was you? 

Your mission: As a trainee, you will support the IT Office team within the IT Department. Your role will focus on helping the team improve internal processes through automation, digital tools, and better organization of information. 

We are looking for a trainee who can assist us with the automation and optimization of Excel files, internal reporting and presentations, using tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and advanced Excel. 

This is a learning‑oriented role where you will be guided and trained by the team. 

Be a part of our team where you will:  

• Support the automation of Excel files, reports, and presentations using Excel, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. 

• Help improve and maintain dashboards, trackers, and internal tools. 

• Assist with file organisation and migration in SharePoint, OneDrive, and Teams. 

• Contribute to daily administrative and organisational tasks within the IT Office team. 

Let’s talk about you. If you are/have 

• A student or recent graduate (Master or similar). 

• Basic knowledge of Excel; familiarity with Power BI, Power Apps or Power Automate is a plus (training provided). 

• Interest in automation, digital tools, and process optimization. 

• Good communication skills in French and English. 

• Curious, organized, and eager to learn.
