Ireland - Dublin Full time

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The Digital Automation Specialist – Finance is a key contributor to driving digital innovation, automation, and continuous improvement across Finance Shared Services (CFS) in EMEA. Operating within the EMEA Digital Innovation & Automation Centre of Excellence, this role partners with Finance stakeholders, operational excellence teams, and global digital communities to embed scalable, value‑driven automation solutions.

You will design, build, test, and deploy automation and reporting solutions using approved digital tools while ensuring compliance with governance, documentation, and quality standards.

Stakeholder Partnership
You will work closely with Finance SMEs, BOE leads, transformation teams, and managers to identify high‑impact opportunities. You will facilitate ideation sessions, prioritisation workshops, and value discussions, building trusted relationships that drive adoption and measurable outcomes.

Knowledge Management & Reuse
You will document proofs of concept, use cases, delivered benefits, and lessons learned, ensuring knowledge is captured in the COE repository. You will maintain visibility of existing digital solutions across EMEA to support reuse and scalability.

Global Collaboration
You will actively participate in Global Digital and Automation Communities of Practice, sharing insights, reusable assets, and regional perspectives. You will review and adopt solutions developed in other regions, advocating for global consistency while meeting local Finance needs.
