Join us and make a positive difference to the lives of people with disabilities, while launching your professional future in digital, data and AI. At Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) our values are Passionate, Respectful, Ethical, Curious and Courageous.
Our award-winning CPA Fundraising team has delivered exceptional online growth in recent years, including a 70.3% growth in online donation revenue from first gifts, and 78.9% growth on acquisition and leads, in the past 3 financial years. During this time, we’ve helped CPA raise more than $120 million to CPA’s impact, through key virtual events, P2P, saved around 520 people-hours per year through smart automation and data-led optimisation and have pioneering ethical Gen AI use to augment our supporter-centric and mission driven fundraising.
We’re now looking for a new or recent graduate who wants to learn fast, try new ideas and help us create remarkable data-enabled supporter experiences that ultimately contribute to CPA’s impact, including a 40% reduction in the rate of cerebral palsy in Australia in the past 20 years through research, early detection and intervention. And ensuring the best start for more than 375 babies at risk of cerebral palsy by securing funding towards 6,600+ hours of essential early intervention in 2025.
You’ll get structured training, mentoring and paid professional development to grow both your technical skills (tools, data, AI) and leadership capability (stakeholder skills, project work, problem solving).
