During this time, we’ve helped CPA raise more than $120 million to CPA’s impact, through key virtual events, P2P, saved around 520 people-hours per year through smart automation and data-led optimisation and have pioneering ethical Gen AI use to augment our supporter-centric and mission driven fundraising.

We’re now looking for a new or recent graduate who wants to learn fast, try new ideas and help us create remarkable data-enabled supporter experiences that ultimately contribute to CPA’s impact, including a 40% reduction in the rate of cerebral palsy in Australia in the past 20 years through research, early detection and intervention. And ensuring the best start for more than 375 babies at risk of cerebral palsy by securing funding towards 6,600+ hours of essential early intervention in 2025.

You’ll get structured training, mentoring and paid professional development to grow both your technical skills (tools, data, AI) and leadership capability (stakeholder skills, project work, problem solving).

About the role

As our Digital and Data Coordinator, Fundraising, you’ll be the hands-on builder in the team. Turning ideas into live digital experiences and usable data. Reporting to the Senior UX Digital Manager, your impact will be across the entire CPA Fundraising department, you will:

  • Build, set up and maintain landing pages, forms, emails and SMS journeys from agreed briefs.
  • Help design and run simple exciting and innovative experiments to improve key supporter journeys.
  • Prepare and maintain segments and data flags to reimagine personalisation.
  • Support data-led AI-enabled experiences design so fundraisers can act quickly on insights.
  • Plan and implement and QA tracking to understand how supporters engage.

Responsibilities of the role (not limited to):

  • Setup of digital touchpoints and tracking for new initiatives, optimisation opportunities and priority campaigns.
  • Maintain documentation, dashboards and simple reports that give a clear view of performance, working with and learning from experience internal data specialists and Digital tracking vendors.
  • Help co-design, test and refine AI experiences across content, reporting and general augmentation.
  • Run basic data quality checks, escalating issues to specialists where needed.
  • Contribute ideas, feedback and learnings that improve supporter journeys and team ways of working.

About you:

You may be a new graduate or early in your career. What matters most is that you:

  • Love learning new tools, exploring AI and all that tech for good can offer, you natively use data to improve experiences.
  • Enjoy implementation and execution: building, testing and iterating.
  • Communicate clearly and work well with people from marketing, data and tech backgrounds.

You’ll likely have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data/Business Analytics, Information Systems, Media/Communication or similar, or equivalent knowledge.
  • Some exposure (uni, projects, internships or work) to digital tools such as email platforms, a CMS, analytics or basic dashboards.
