  • Document tagging, naming conventions, and analytics processes to support consistent data collection and reporting.
  • Analyze website traffic, user behavior, and customer journeys to identify trends and opportunities to improve the user experience and drive patient enrollments.
  • Support collaboration with the data science team to help develop behavioral datasets that inform analytics and modeling.
  • Conduct routine data audits and site health checks to ensure continuity between website activity, marketing channels, and patient data.
  • Serve as a key analytics resource for the marketing team, helping stakeholders interpret data and use reporting tools effectively.

What You Need to Succeed in the Role

  • 5+ years of experience in web analytics with a focus on implementation and optimization strategy.
  • Expert proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM).
  • Experience with Mixpanel or similar event-based analytics tools (Amplitude, Heap).
  • Experience working with privacy orchestration tools (e.g., Freshpaint, OursPrivacy) in regulated environments.
  • Familiarity with Webflow or similar CMS platforms, including analytics and testing capabilities.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience building dashboards in Looker.
