The Immunodiagnostics Division (IDD) of Thermo Fisher Scientific aims to dramatically improve the management of allergy, asthma, and autoimmune diseases by providing healthcare professionals with advanced diagnostics technologies and clinical expertise. Our key businesses: allergy, autoimmunity, and systems. This role will be part of the Global Downstream Marketing team.

How will you make an impact?

We are seeking a highly analytical and accurate Digital Analytics & Insights Specialist to support our Global Downstream Marketing team in delivering with data-driven insights. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital campaign and channel reporting, ensuring marketing teams have the right performance data to optimize campaigns and drive business growth. You will work closely with global and regional business partners to deliver clear, actionable insights that enhance our digital marketing effectiveness.

The ideal candidate will have strong data analysis skills, experience with digital marketing analytics tools, and the ability to tell compelling stories through data. You will be responsible for creating monthly and quarterly reports that measure channel and campaign effectiveness.

This role supports the Immunodiagnostics Division, within the Specialty Diagnostics Group, and will work very closely with the Global Digital Strategy Team. The role is based in Bangalore, India.

What will you do?

  • Develop monthly and quarterly digital marketing performance reports for global and regional teams, these will be channel-focused and campaign-focused.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources (Adobe Analytics and paid media platforms) to identify digital trends and actionable insights.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign performance across digital channels and regions.
  • Build visual reports using tools like PowerPoint and Power BI.
  • Work closely with digital marketing teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and standard methodologies in digital analytics and marketing measurement.

Keys to Success:

Education

  • Bachelor's or Associate Degree, ideally in Marketing

Experience

Required

  • Minimum 3 years of analytics experience required: web, digital marketing/advertising, BI, CRM etc.
  • Adobe Analytics experience required
  • Fundamental understanding of Adobe Advertising Programs (Adobe Advertising Cloud and Adobe Advertising Cloud DSP)
  • Ability to audit, analyze and interpret data and then create high-value reports
  • Experience in using PowerBI (or similar)
  • Experience in Adobe conversion tagging (Dynamic Tag Manager or Launch)
  • Experience in Advanced MS Excel
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities

  • Experience with digital campaign tracking and conversion rate optimization.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present data findings to both technical and non-technical partners.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to analyze large and complex sets of data from multiple sources
  • Strong time management, organizational, planning and prioritization skills
  • Teammate with a positive attitude who is prepared to really commit to accomplish business objectives
