The AI, Data, and Process Optimization team delivers advanced data engineering, analytics, and AI solutions that create measurable business impact. We collaborate with global stakeholders to integrate AI into digital products and workflows, ensuring reliability, governance, and scalability. Joining this team means working on cutting-edge AI initiatives in a dynamic, innovation-driven environment.
You will lead AI project delivery from the Hyderabad team, ensuring quality and timely execution.
You will translate business problems into AI use cases with measurable success metrics.
You will design, build, and own AI models and applications using governed datasets.
You will prototype, evaluate, and productionize AI/ML solutions such as NLP, chatbots, and forecasting.
You will manage AI consumption for unstructured data, including embeddings and RAG indexing.
You will collaborate with Data Engineering and governance teams to ensure responsible data use.
You will mentor junior AI engineers and establish coding and experimentation standards.
You will stay current with AI/ML and GenAI trends and introduce best practices and tools.
Experience, Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
7+ years in software engineering, data science, or machine learning, including 3+ years in technical leadership.
Technical Skills:
Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML development practices.
Hands-on experience with LLMs, embeddings, and building generative AI prototypes or products.
Understanding of data pipelines and modern data platforms; Snowflake experience is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work with global teams.
Ownership-driven mindset and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
