Rogue Disposal is looking for an experienced and reliable Heavy Diesel Mechanic to join our team in White City, OR, just outside Medford. This is a great opportunity for mechanics seeking steady, long-term employment with competitive pay and great benefits.

- Pay: $31.05/hour (DOE)
- Schedule:
- Monday–Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
- Friday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and repair diesel trucks and heavy equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and diagnostics
- Repair hydraulic, electrical, suspension, cooling, brake, and A/C systems
- Use onboard vehicle computer systems to identify and troubleshoot issues
- Maintain accurate repair logs and service records using fleet maintenance software
- Conduct safety checks and maintain a clean, OSHA-compliant work area

🛠️ What We're Looking For:
- Valid Oregon driver’s license (Required)
- Ability to obtain a CDL Class B within 90 days of hire if required
- Experience in diesel engine repair and preventative maintenance
- Provide their own tools
- Basic welding skills and knowledge of hydraulic systems (a plus)
- Ability to lift heavy parts and work in tight spaces
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and follow repair schedules

Candidates must successfully complete:
- Drug and alcohol screening (includes random selection testing)
- Background check
- Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
