This role is ideal for a coordinator or clinical professional who excels at insurance verification, hospital collaboration, and patient advocacy. You’ll empower patients facing kidney disease by providing vital education and ensuring they have a seamless transition to the dialysis center of their choice.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of recent healthcare experience is preferred.
Specialized Knowledge: Dialysis experience is a huge plus and highly preferred!
Education: Vocational Certificate or Associate’s Degree.
Skills: Proficiency in insurance verification, navigating healthcare systems, and high-volume coordination.
Mindset: A passion for clinical education and a desire to help patients make informed healthcare decisions.
Educate & Advocate: Meet with patients to discuss dialysis options, insurance, and treatment modalities with empathy and clarity.
Facilitate Placements: Coordinate with hospital teams to manage referrals and ensure all medical documentation is ready for a smooth transition.
Build Partnerships: Strengthen relationships with local hospitals and doctors to improve the patient experience across the Bay Area.
