Job Description
DPR Construction is seeking a DFH Foreman / Commercial Door Foreman with at least 4-6 years of commercial construction experience. Previous experience is required within DPR’s core market projects - Life Sciences, Healthcare, Higher Education, Commercial, and Advanced Technology.

Qualifications:
The successful candidate will:
- Manage and oversee the creation of all pre-task planning for the crew
- Read and understand drawings
- Read and understand Hardware Schedules and Door Schedules
- Understand Schedules and how to accomplish a 2 week look ahead.
- Ability to recognize and train crew member as needed
- Quality control, knowledge and understand Best Practices
- Knowledge of current industry standards (ACSI, SDI)
- Experience installing doors, frames and hardware
- Oversee the sign-in and sign-out sheet for payroll/Entering time
- Computer Skills (Blue Beam, BIM 360, PlanGrid, Excel, Outlook, Box)
- Able to teach and assist DFH Superintendent in their role
- OSHA 10 or 30 certified/Competent Person Training
- DHI COR101 (Recommended)
- Forklift Certified
- Lull Lift Trained
- Productivity Tracking Management
- Ability to execute an action plan
- Understand man loading process for production
- Coordinate with other trades
- Ability to meet deadlines & effectively communicate and delegate to the team
- Valid driver license & reliable transportation
