Job Description:

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who is responsible for driving revenue growth through proactive engagement with customers, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting field sales teams.

This role focuses on achieving sales targets, promoting products (HW, SW, and eCommerce), and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and collaboration.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Promote and upsell products to existing and potential customers.
  • Respond to product-related inquiries and connect customers with product experts when needed.
  • Provide official training materials, brochures, and product documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with end users to understand their needs and drive loyalty with documentation in CRM (Salesforce)
  • Collaborate closely with Internal teams to provide cross lead opportunities.
  • Conduct post-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and identify further opportunities.

Specific Responsibilities

  • SW (DTX) Inside Sales: Drive proactive outreach and engagement for DTX solutions.
  • SW (DTX) Leads Management: Handle cold and warm leads through structured calling and qualification.
  • SW (DTX) SQL to OPP: Convert Sales Qualified Leads to Opportunities in close collaboration with DSS.
  • SW (DTX) Sales of License and Modules: Promote and sell DTX licenses and modular solutions.
  • SW (DTX) Subscription Follow-up & Renewal: Ensure timely renewals and customer retention.
  • SW (DTX) Sales of SLA: Sell Service Level Agreements once defined and available.
  • SW Install Base Upselling to DTX incl. SLAs: Identify upsell opportunities within existing software install base.
  • SW (DTX) Remote Demos: Schedule and conduct remote demonstrations of DTX solutions.

Critical Experience

  • 3 + years over the phone/Inside Sales experience.
  • 3 + years’ experience of self-generating leads.
  • Clinical experience from Dental Industry as Dental Assistance or other similar roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in managing leads, conducting cold calls, and driving campaigns.
  • Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product).

Critical Skills / Technical Know-How

  • Excellent Spanish & Fluent in English
  • Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce), MS Office, and virtual meeting platforms
  • Excellent oral and written communication in required languages, interpersonal, and collaboration skills
  • Skilled in consultative selling and product demonstrations
  • Competitive, goal-driven, and consistently top-ranked in sales roles
  • Comfortable in scripted, quota-driven environments; adapts scripts with personal flair
  • Energetic, polished, and proactive in business development
  • Excels at multitasking across multiple screens and tabs
  • Analytical mindset with ability to identify upselling opportunities
  • Highly organized with strong time management

Knowledge and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems.
  • Familiarity with Capital Business products in Dental Industry inside sales is a plus.
  • Experience with DEXIS software is plus.
