About the Job

We are looking for a highly skilled DevOps Developer to support our end‑to‑end delivery ecosystem across Salesforce, Informatica IICS, AWS, Snowflake, and related platforms. This role focuses on CI/CD automation, GitHub governance, environment stability, and deployment reliability. You will partner closely with the DevOps Release Manager and Testing/QA teams to ensure readiness, data alignment, and high‑quality delivery.

DevOps Engineering

·       Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines supporting Salesforce (SFDX/Metadata API), Informatica IICS, AWS services, Python APIs, and Snowflake SQL workflows.

·       Automate build, test, and deployment workflows to increase release speed and platform reliability.

·       Manage GitHub repositories, branching strategies, governance rules, and quality gates.

·       Improve pipeline robustness through automated validations, metadata checks, and regression controls.

Collaboration with DevOps Release Manager

·       Prepare, execute, and validate end‑to‑end release cycles across CRM, data, integration, and cloud services.

·       Provide pipeline insights, deployment logs, validation results, and environment readiness checkpoints.

·       Ensure deployment automation and CI/CD processes meet governance and compliance expectations.

Coordination with Testing / QA Team

·       Ensure environment readiness including sandbox availability, AWS parity, Snowflake configuration, and IICS integration readiness.

·       Coordinate test data provisioning, refresh cycles, and configuration prerequisites across platforms.

·       Validate environment integrity prior to testing including metadata, endpoints, and cross‑system alignment.

·       Maintain documentation for environment usage plans, data setup, and configuration guidelines.

Environment Management & Reliability

·       Maintain consistency across Salesforce orgs, AWS accounts, Snowflake roles/security, and IICS configurations.

·       Support sandbox refresh cycles, AWS parity checks, Snowflake synchronization, and environment provisioning.

·       Improve observability using Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, or DataDog.

Continuous Improvement

·       Collaborate with engineering, QA, architecture, cybersecurity, and data teams to refine DevOps practices.

·       Standardize reusable CI/CD frameworks, deployment templates, and automation patterns.

·       Maintain documentation for pipelines, procedures, and environment management.

Required Technical Skills

·       Strong proficiency with GitHub, GitHub Actions, workflow orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.

·       Hands‑on experience with Salesforce DevOps including SFDX and Metadata API.

·       Experience deploying and managing Informatica IICS integrations.

·       Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and infrastructure‑as‑code.

·       Experience with Snowflake SQL automation and security alignment.

·       Knowledge of monitoring/observability tools such as Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, or DataDog.

·       Automation scripting using Python and Shell.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).

·       3–7+ years of enterprise DevOps engineering experience.

·       Experience collaborating with Release Management and Testing/QA teams.

·       Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

·       Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams.
