If you are a student of higher or final year of studies in the field of IT, join our DevOps engineering internship program that starts in July 2026 and get a chance to land your first job at Infobip.
What this role is all about:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic DevOps Intern to join our Cloud team that is part of Engineering department.
As a DevOps Intern you will work with our Cloud team that is supporting our global public Cloud infrastructure in various standalone and hybrid deployments utilizing multiple public Cloud providers such as Azure, AWS and Google. This role is an excellent opportunity for students in final years of their study to gain hands-on experience working in a dynamic and large scale infrastructure environment, learning from experienced professionals in collaborative environment.
We are looking for highly organized individual who enjoys interacting with a variety of people, enjoys collaboration, and has a willingness to learn and adapt.
At our six-month software engineering internship program you will:
Learn about DevOps methodologies and keep up to date with the latest tools and practices
Learn about and work on multi-vendor Cloud environments of biggest public cloud providers (Azure, AWS, Google)
Assist in the development, implementation, and maintenance of automation scripts and tools under the guidance of senior team members
Support the setup and maintenance of monitoring, alerting, and logging systems
Learn best practices within the CI/CD framework
Learn about Infrastructure as a Code principles (e.g. Terraform)
Contribute to your team services and directly impact the quality of our products
Learn the importance of testing and high availability, monitoring, metrics, and logging
Work in agile environment and learn about agile methodologies
What makes you a strong fit:
You are currently studying software engineering (eg. computer science, mathematics)
You are a graduate (MA) or final year undergraduate (BA) student
You have valid student's rights from Studentski centar (can work on student contract)
Nice to have qualifications:
Familiarity with public Cloud provider services
Have participated in student projects, Hackathons, workshops, or other activities
Already participated in some internship programs
Are fluent in English, speak at a conversational level
Are able to work full time after completing the internship
Internship timeline:
Application deadline (mid of May)
Imocha online testing (By the end of May)
Interviews and selection process feedback (June)
Start of internship program (July 6th)
Orientation week in Zagreb Infobip campus (July 6th - 17th)
Working with the mentor and within a team (July - January)
End of the Internship program (January)
