You will help us build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines and Kubernetes infrastructure. This role is perfect for someone who already has hands-on experience and is eager to grow their skills in automation, containerization, and deployment processes while collaborating closely with development and IT teams.
Key Responsibilities
CI/CD Pipelines: Assist in designing, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines for internal projects.
Kubernetes & Containerization: Deploy, configure, and manage Kubernetes cluster; maintain Docker images and registries.
Infrastructure as Code: Work with IaC tools for automated infrastructure provisioning.
Monitoring & Observability: Help integrate and manage monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus) to ensure system reliability and performance.
System Administration: Administer Linux systems and support internal services.
Security & Compliance: Collaborate on applying security policies and best practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to streamline deployments and improve delivery processes.
Required Experience
2+ years of experience in DevOps or a similar role.
Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar).
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Kubernetes administration and deployment.
Proficiency in Linux system administration.
Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
Scripting skills (Bash, Python) for automation.
Understanding of security standards and best practices.
Preferred Experience
Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible).
Experience with monitoring tools (Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix).
Knowledge of AAA systems (AD, freeIPA).
Familiarity with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
Soft Skills
Strong communication and ability to present ideas assertively.
English proficiency (B1 or higher) for technical communication.
Willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies
Basic wage component (brutto): from 2700 EUR
* The final basic wage component can be increased accordingly to individual skills and experience of the selected candidate.
* Performance bonus 2 times per year up to 10% of the basic salary paid for the evaluation period(usually 6 months).
