About the Role:
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Development Manager to join our team working on a 175 Liverpool Street is Lendlease's landmark luxury residential development, positioned at the southern edge of Hyde Park, one of Sydney's most iconic green spaces. The project has received development approval for 262 luxury apartments across two towers rising 33 storeys, integrating a vibrant retail and commercial podium creating a dynamic mixed-use precinct in the heart of the Sydney CBD. In this role, your key responsibilities will include:
Oversee the phases of project delivery including design, approvals, procurement, construction, and handover.
Manage consultants, contractors, and authority negotiations to ensure timely approvals and compliance.
Drive the development of applications, design documentation, and project governance.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align product design with market positioning and customer needs.
Monitor competitor activity and provide insights to inform product strategy.
Maintain project budgets, timelines, and reporting across all development stages.
About You:
You will have a proven ability to lead complex projects with excellent planning & problem-solving skills. You will also have:
7+ years’ experience in development – ideally with residential project experience.
Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
Adaptable, collaborative, and committed to delivering high-quality outcomes.
Tertiary qualification in Property, Architecture, Urban Design, or related field.
