The Development Group Manager I manages and mentors a team typically consisting of 8-15 Developers embedded within multiple Software Engineering teams. This role sits at the dynamic intersection of technology and leadership, demanding strong technical knowledge, exceptional people management skills, and strategic oversight. The Development Group Manager I’s primary purpose is to champion the growth and development of their team members, ensuring their individual and collective success while driving the overall quality of our products.
