Our products are essential for accurate and reliable patient diagnostics, impacting lives every day.
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team in an on-site position in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, which is available immediately. In this role, you will evaluate the reliability of materials and techniques used in production while planning and developing the mechanical and electronic components essential for our diagnostic systems. You will serve as a vital link between development and series production, ensuring our life-saving technologies move seamlessly from concept to reality.
You will coordinate the Design Transfer from Development to Operations by acting as the technical interface between R&D and series production.
Your role involves KPI-based tracking and reporting of project progress to ensure all checkpoints are met.
You will plan, execute, and report on experimental studies to optimize process control and technical reliability.
You will align with the project team and Operations on experimental production lots, ensuring proper documentation of requests and records.
You are responsible for driving the completion of R&D documentation for manufacturing processes, including flowcharts, test specifications, and pFMEA.
You will improve and simplify manufacturing processes and method evaluations for thick film sensors.
Your work includes the collection, analysis, and summary of technical data from production lots to simplify and automate routine tasks.

You have completed technical training as a process engineer or possess a similar professional education.
You show strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple parallel activities under tight timelines.
You possess excellent cross-functional communication skills and are proficient in both English and German.
You have a thorough way of working with the ability to create clear, precise technical documentation and work instructions.
You understand Quality Management Systems in regulated environments and are looking for a workload of 100%, though 90% or 80% could be negotiated.
