Join Service Stream, an ASX-listed leader as a Developer - you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining innovative Power Platform solutions that enable streamlined business processes and improved operational efficiency. This permanent full-time hybrid role will be based at our modern head office in Melbourne.

As a Developer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality solutions across Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies. Reporting to the Platform Development Manager, you will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to ensure applications meet governance standards and deliver measurable value.
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and configuring solutions using Power Apps (Model-driven, Canvas, Portal), Power Automate, Power Pages, SharePoint, Azure Logic Apps, and Dynamics 365.
- Designing data models in Dataverse/Common Data Service and managing data migration from various sources.
- Integrating Power Platform apps with third-party systems and Microsoft 365 services.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical issues, ensuring system stability and performance.
- Documenting technical requirements and functional specifications to support business process improvements.
- Managing enhancements and changes through structured release and change management processes.
- Providing technical handover documentation and support during deployments.
- Working effectively in Agile environments, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver solutions on time and within budget.
About you
Our ideal candidate is a proactive developer with strong technical expertise and a passion for problem-solving. You will also have:
- 5+ years of developer experience, with proven hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365, especially with Power Apps (Model-driven, Canvas, Portal).
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Liquid, and Microsoft SQL Server for custom logic and data handling.
- Experience with integration tools such as Azure Data Factory and Dataflows.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
- Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate certification (highly regarded).
- Australian Citizenship (required).
