Design and develop websites with a strong emphasis on visual appeal, user experience, and technical performance. Ensure optimal site functionality, including speed, scalability, and capacity to handle varying levels of traffic. Support the implementation of technology initiatives by contributing to project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with program objectives and successful delivery of outcomes.

Are you someone who can do:

  • Develop prototype systems on which to test and prove the new technology.
  • Make recommendations of technology, vendors who can supply and support that technology as well as the use cases in which they can be used.
  • Research new technology being used in the financial sector, maintain and share a knowledge base of financial technology, trends and news for the group.
  • Where bespoke applications are required, develop those applications to assist the treasury functions in the bank.
  • Participate with the broader community in the development of a blockchain platform for financial systems.
  • Assist with driving ad hoc projects that enable continuous improvement across area of responsibility. Assist with implementing audit recommendations.
  • SharePoint site design and optimization.
  • Support applications with database design and development. Custom development to meet business requirements using web front end as well as SharePoint Designer.
  • Development of InfoPath forms, workflows, generic SharePoint forms, web development and paths and custom user controls.
  • Set up and support telephones, audio and video conferencing facilities.
  • Support the DRP site and keep it up to date with the current environment. Set up and support a Windows environment, business applications, operational software and remote access solutions (desktops/laptops) and manage IT assets.
  • Perform software proactive patch management and general network maintenance (maintain patch panels).
  • Implement new and existing systems changes to the business.
  • Perform general network maintenance (maintain patch panels).
  • Ensure that relevant IT documentation and administration is accurate and up to date.
  • Ensure that relevant libraries adhere to Group.
  • Records Management standards and policies.
  • Creating metadata and taxonomies according to records management standards. 
  • Managing business information in line with records management standards and policies.
  • Subject matter expert role to adopt, implement, manage, maintain SharePoint as a business tool and Records Management environment in line with business requirements, best practise and FSR Client Services. 
  • SharePoint Trouble-Shooting Assistance.
  • Assistance with setting up surveys, lists, libraries, views, permission groups and other web parts.
  • Contribute to the profitability of the business through cost saving within the scope of the work
  • Provide specialist advice and support to stakeholders.
  • Assists with integrating, reporting on and checking key results and risk indicators against company frameworks, regulations and legislation to ensure compliance in all regards. 
  • Assists with ensuring assessment processes support prudent and responsible processes and methodology to enable best practice.
  • Highlights risks that might adversely affect realisation of portfolio business objectives.
  • Train team regarding system, process and data requirements.
