Job Description

The Developer – Digital Onboarding will be responsible for configuring and supporting digital onboarding products by translating defined client requirements into accurate system configurations, ensuring quality delivery and operational excellence.

What You’ll Bring

  • Programming knowledge in Java and/or C#
  • Experience working with REST technologies and APIs
  • Strong analytical and logical problem‑solving skills
  • Experience configuring systems or internal platforms based on requirements
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Skills

Whether you are already proficient or continuing to grow, we’re happy to support your development in:

  • Python, SQL, Power BI, or automation technologies
  • Experience in digital onboarding, configuration, or product delivery roles

This role involves analyzing client requirements, configuring internal platforms, executing and documenting tests, and communicating results with internal and external stakeholders. You will also act as a technical reference within the team and contribute to continuous improvement and innovation.
