About the role:
You provide hands-on and remote technical support to employees, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and basic network connectivity. The goal is simple: minimize downtime and keep business operations running.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows/macOS systems
Support applications (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Teams, business apps)
Handle user account management (Active Directory, password resets)
Manage hardware issues (RAM, HDD/SSD, peripherals)
Assist with network issues (Wi-Fi, VPN, LAN connectivity)
Log and track issues in ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
Perform software installations, updates, and patching
Support onboarding/offboarding users
Education & Qualification Requirements:
BS or Diploma or degree in IT / Computer Science
Certifications (optional but helpful): CompTIA A+ Microsoft (MCSA / Modern Desktop) ITIL Foundation
