The Deskside Technical Support Technician helps Beyond Yoga employees by solving their technical problems and providing reliable support. You build trust through strong technical skills, clear communication, and empathy.  In this role, you offer hands-on help to Windows and Mac users, quickly diagnosing issues and explaining solutions with patience. Whether repairing or replacing equipment, you prioritize efficiency to ensure users can return to work as quickly as possible. You manage multiple requests, respect everyone's time, and share helpful tips and training. You role model what it means to be in service to the “customer” and establish and sustain positive relationships with the team.

About the Job

  • Install and maintain computers and software 

  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues 

  • Support computer peripherals 

  • Help with data backups 

  • Solve problems independently 

  • Help with email and inventory management 

  • Track and ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures as it relates to equipment and software 

  • Model customer obsessed service to the Beyond Yoga employee base 

  • Partner with other technical professionals to provide the highest possible level of service and delivery of technical solutions 

  • Track work volume and case type through a ticketing system 

About You

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related discipline 

  • Minimum of 3 years of IT Experience in Desktop support 

  • Certifications must be present and relevant 

  • Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure components 

  • Knowledge of the latest Windows and Mac operating systems 

  • Knowledge of MS Office products and Teams 

  • Customer-facing mentality and experience 

  • MCSA & MCSE Certifications 

  • Ability to prioritize and provide rapid response 

This is a hybrid work schedule based in our Culver City, CA headquarters. You will be expected in office 3 days per week typically Tuesday-Thursday. Note, time in office can vary depending on business needs.

The expected starting salary range for this role is $77,100 - $113,000 per yearWe may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, performance and business needs.
