In this role, you will partner with creative leadership to develop visual concepts and polished design executions across key workstreams and integrated campaigns. You will help shape modern brand experiences for Zillow, using contemporary tools and collaborative workflows to deliver creative that is clear, compelling, and high quality across channels.
Conceptualize and design high-quality creative across multiple platforms and social channels.
Build and evolve brand identity systems that support consistency across Zillow creative.
Use generative AI tools to explore ideas, visualize concepts, and support the design process at scale.
Research design, culture, and category trends to inform digital and physical creative work.
Manage and prioritize multiple workstreams within larger projects, balancing speed, quality, and attention to detail.
Collaborate with designers, photographers, vendors, and cross-functional partners to deliver work against strategic briefs.

You have 3–4 years of design experience in a studio, agency, or in-house creative team environment.
You bring strong visual craft, attention to detail, and a passion for branding, visual identity systems, and consumer experiences.
You are proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
You are curious about new tools and workflows, including generative AI, and know how to use them to support and accelerate the design process.
You can design effectively across platforms and understand the nuances of different social channels.
You stay close to culture and emerging trends, and you can translate those insights into relevant creative work.
You are a self-directed, collaborative teammate who communicates clearly, works well in a dynamic environment, and takes ownership of their work.
While this is a remote role, you are able to travel for in-person gatherings and work sessions as needed.
