Job Description:

About the Role

We are looking for a creative who seamlessly blends craft with technology and thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment. Someone who understands what makes great creative for complex, institutional audiences — from event booth designs and campaign layouts to compelling video content — and can not only concept and execute that work, but quickly produce it with a resourceful, can-do approach, whether that means using traditional editing skills, generative AI tools, or a combination of both.

You are formally trained in design or a related creative discipline and AI is already a core part of how you work — not a novelty, but a production tool. You bring a designer’s eye to everything: the structure of a video, the layout of an event space, the hierarchy of a campaign asset. And when video is needed, you can produce it using generative AI platforms, traditional editing, b-roll, or a hybrid of all three — with the design sensibility to make it feel intentional, not just fast.

This is a hands-on production role on our Brand & Creative team, where you will own creative output across digital, social, web, events, and campaigns — spanning static design, brand assets, and video. You will be mentored by senior creatives and have direct visibility to leadership from day one.

What You Will Do

Creative Design & Production

  • Design digital and social assets, campaign collateral, event materials, and web graphics that are on-brand and built for scale

  • Support the Sr. Designer on larger brand projects, bringing fresh thinking and strong execution

  • Produce and iterate on design across Adobe Creative Cloud — Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere as your baseline

  • Bring concepts to life quickly and adapt based on feedback without losing quality

  • Contribute ideas in briefs and brainstorms — this role has a creative voice, not just a production function

  • Contribute to the ongoing development of brand guidelines and visual standards, and help maintain our internal brand site so it remains a current, useful resource for the team

AI-Native Creative Work

  • Use Adobe Firefly and generative AI platforms — leveraging a variety of image and video models — as a genuine part of your production workflow, not an afterthought

  • Generate imagery, motion graphics, and short-form video content using generative AI tools

  • Stay current on emerging AI creative tools and proactively surface ones worth evaluating

  • Help document AI workflows and best practices so the broader team can learn from your work

Video Production

  • Produce short-form video content for social, web, campaigns, and events — from concept through delivery

  • Work across production modes: real-world editing and post-production, generative AI video, b-roll sourcing and integration, and hybrid approaches

  • Understand storytelling and pacing — you know what makes a video land, not just how to assemble one

  • Collaborate with our Video Producer on larger productions, bringing an AI-native perspective to the process

  • Adapt video output for platform — what works on LinkedIn is not what works on Instagram, and you know the difference

Team & Tooling Support

  • Maintain and organize our digital asset library (DAM) so the team can find and use assets efficiently

  • Support asset production across social, email, event, and web channels as campaign volume grows

  • Assist with basic MarTech platform tasks as you build familiarity with the stack — CMS updates, asset uploads, social scheduling

  • Develop a working awareness of the AI tools landscape — flagging new platforms relevant to our creative and production workflows and contributing input to tool evaluation discussions

What We Are Looking For

 Required

  • Formal education in design, media production, visual communication, or a related creative discipline (degree or diploma)

  • Demonstrated fluency with AI creative tools — Adobe Firefly or a platform with multiple image and video models at your disposal — shown through portfolio or real work examples

  • Hybrid video capability: comfort working with real footage (editing, post, b-roll) and generative AI video tools

  • Adobe Creative Cloud proficiency — Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere at minimum

  • A portfolio that shows range: design work across digital and social, and at least some video output

  • Strong visual instincts — you have opinions about what looks good and why

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment

Strong Advantage

  • Experience with Figma for design handoff and collaboration

  • Familiarity with DAM systems, CMS platforms, or social scheduling tools

  • Prompt engineering experience — you know how to get consistent, production-quality output from generative AI tools

  • Any background in motion design, animation, or kinetic typography

  • Curiosity about MarTech and how creative tools connect to the broader marketing stack

Tools You Will Work With

 Creative & AI

  • Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects, Firefly)

  • Artlist — including built-in generative AI models, with additional platforms onboarded as the stack evolves

  • Figma

  • Generative AI platforms with multiple image and video models (Adobe Firefly and others)

Marketing & Production

  • DAM system (asset management)

  • CMS (StoryBlok or equivalent)

  • Social platforms — LinkedIn, Instagram, and others

  • SharePoint for internal documentation and workflow guides

  • Email and campaign tools (Knak or equivalent)
