POSITION SUMMARY:
As the Designer III, Women's Off-Price (OP) Collection you will be responsible for the design & development of the Women's OP Collection. This includes Wovens, C&S Knits, Sweaters, and Fashion Outerwear. Your primary focus will be to work closely with design director to facilitate the design process while keeping the collection’s commerciality in mind, ensuring that the collection aligns with the brand's vision, market trends and customer preferences. You will be a key liason to cross-functional teams to enable collaboration, guide product development, and play a pivotal role in creating the brand's Women's OP collection.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to help shape the brand's Off-Price Collection’s direction, create commercially-viable collections, and contribute to the brand's success. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
1. Creative Lead and Design Development:
Work closely with Designer Director in realizing the design direction for women's OP collection that reflects the brand's identity, seasonal directions, and resonates with our customers.
Manage the day-to-day design and development process of Wovens, C&S Knits, Sweaters, and Fashion Outerwear categories within Off-Price.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including raw material teams, supplies partners and technical designers, external vendors and regional hub teams, sales / merchandisers, to ensure timely and smooth execution of the collection.
Partner with Design Director and cross functionl teams to achieve a balance between design’s intent and viable costing solutions.
Partner with Design Director and sales team to address and anticipate business needs, align and adapt the collection to optimize commerciality.
Collaborate with other channels’ design teams (outlet & mainline) to ensure a cohesive brand & seasonal presence in the market place.
Present design concepts and storyboards to internal stakeholders, including cross functional partners and senior management.
Partner with Design Director and Studio Manager to drive and manage design calendar and adhere to development timelines.
Foster creative and collaborative work relationships and environment with cross functional teams.
2. Product Development and Fit:
Work closely with internal and external supplies partners to create and maintain accurate tech packs and design specifications for prototypes, print development, and market samples.
Fittings: ensure that the fit and construction meets brand’s standards and customer expectations.
3. Trend Research and Analysis:
Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion and color trends, garment silhouettes in contemporary and mass market womenswear price-tiers.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify product opportunities, differentiation and improvement.
Explore new fabrications, finishes, and construction techniques to create elevated and brand-right designs.
4. Brand Alignment and Aesthetic:
Partner with Design Director to ensure OP Collection aligns with the brand's aesthetic, quality standards, and target consumer preferences.
Collaborate with men’s OP team to maintain consistent branding and storytelling across the brand’s OP channels.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:
Experience:
7+ years working design experience in womenswear.
Proven experience in a senior designer role within the women's apparels category in the fashion industry.
Education: Bachelor’s/ Master’s/ Associate Degree in Fashion Design
Skills:
Strong portfolio showcasing your creative and technical design skills in the comtemporary and mass-market women's apparels spaces
Proficiency in design software: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign. Microsoft Office. Miro + Centric PLM proficiency is strongly preferrable.
Well-rounded knowledge of Woven, C&S knits, Sweaters, garment construction, and patternmaking.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of fashion trends, color theory, and textile innovations.
Detail-oriented with a strong eye for aesthetics and quality.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and meet project deadlines.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: Not applicable at this moment.
DECISION MAKING: The Designer III holds a key role in shaping and developing the Calvin Klein Off-price Collection for each season, giving directions and driving collaboration & results across cross-functional teams, and presenting the line to senior management.
RESOURCEFULNESS/CREATIVITY: Highly creative role. We welcome strategic problem solver, eager team player and well-rounded self-starter who is able to drive and balance multiple projects, deadlines and find satisfaction in delivering the best possible collection both design- and price-wise, and fostering effective work relationships.

Pay Range:$121,400---$164,300PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
