You will be helping to drive graphic strategy and vision while working with multiple teams of designers, developers, and product managers to deliver creative concepts that are in line with the Nike Design Ethos. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As our Graphic Designer II, you will combine your experience, problem solving abilities, and creativity to bring to life the seasonal creative narratives through graphic design that is trend relevant to the consumer across lifestyle apparel graphics. You will create original graphics that appropriately reflect Nike's design ethos. The designs you create will be industry leading, trend right and will consistently incorporate consumer/athlete insights through powerful storytelling, emotional connectivity and relevance.
WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON
Join our team and shape the essence of Nike Sportswear. Where creativity meets performance, you will be crafting innovative men’s and women’s graphics that prioritizes the athlete’s needs. Your role involves developing graphic products across various graphic constructs. The ideal candidate needs to be hardworking, versatile, collaborative and a highly creative problem solver. Driving Graphic Design excellence through the connection of trend, design, and craft.
From concepting and building narrative, to working with development to finalize production details; and talking with athletes* to choosing trim and print applications, this person will be challenged by a wide range of responsibilities and experiences. They'll use their design skills to contribute to the graphic direction for Nike Sportswear, working through the lens of business and consumer insights with an emphasis on women's apparel graphics. Accountabilities include: Influencing cross-functional teams, contributing to the creative vision of performance and lifestyle apparel, cascading critical information, and communicating graphic concepts and seasonal initiatives to internal and external audiences etc.
