The Role
We’re looking for a Design Lead to guide and grow our team of 8 designers and 2 finished artists. You’ll be responsible for elevating the craft, mentoring talent, and ensuring high-quality delivery across major rollouts and brand initiatives. Accessibility is a key consideration in everything we do, and you’ll be responsible for making sure all our work meets compliance standards for our customers. You’ll work closely with the ECD, producers, and account service teams to bring bold ideas to life, beautifully and on time.
