As the Reporting and Governance Lead, you will be responsible for collecting, maintaining, analysing, and governing data across all design functions. Your work will showcase the value of design, track progress towards strategic goals, and enable data-driven decision-making. You will leverage advanced analytics, including AI-powered tools, to develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights for stakeholders at all levels. You will ensure data accuracy and uphold data governance aligned to nab standards.
MAIN JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership: Build strong stakeholder, team and external relationships to increase reach, quality and impact of nab design work.
AI-Driven Data Management & Reporting: Utilize AI and automation to collect, analyze, and report on design data, driving efficiency and deeper insights.
Data Governance: Establish and maintain data governance practices to ensure data accuracy, integrity, privacy, and compliance across all reporting activities.
Data Visualization: Develop compelling visualizations and dashboards using Excel, PowerBI, AI-powered analytics, and other relevant tools to communicate design impact and progress.
Communication: Clearly present complex data and insights to diverse audiences, enabling understanding and action.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with design leaders, chapter members, and cross-functional partners to ensure reporting aligns with organizational goals and governance requirements.
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes, tools, and data quality, including the adoption of new AI technologies.
Strategic Thinking: Translate data into strategic recommendations that support design maturity and organizational objectives.
Development: Continuously explore emerging design and DesignOps trends, conduct research, and experiment with new methodologies to drive customer experience excellence and model best practice for the team.
Mentorship & Coaching - Mentor and coach designers and design ops consultants, fostering their growth and helping them to produce high-quality work using actionable feedback.
Performance and Development - Support design skills and capability growth and development through creating and maintaining skills assessment, RPS and career pathways.
Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.
Qualification Requirements:
Preference for tertiary qualification in related industry
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
7+ years experience in reporting, or data analytics preferably within a design or creative environment.
Demonstrated expertise in Excel, PowerBI, AI-powered analytics, and data visualization best practices.
Strong analytical capability and attention to detail.
Mature communication and relationship management skills.
Experience presenting data-driven insights to senior stakeholders.
Solid understanding of operational risk management and business acumen.
Ability to prioritize multiple requirements and deliver under tight deadlines.
