The Role
We’re on the lookout for a versatile, creative, and technology savvy Design & Marketing Coordinator to enhance the effectiveness of Baxter’s marketing teams. In this role, you’ll create high‑quality digital and print assets, support the rollout of marketing campaigns, and play a key part in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
You’ll sit at the crossroads of design, technology, and marketing—leveraging both established and emerging tools (including AI) to streamline workflows and boost campaign performance. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone eager to expand their design skills while building solid foundations in marketing, stakeholder engagement, and campaign execution.
You’ll be joining our Commercial Excellence team—a tight‑knit group of specialists who partner with our commercial sales and marketing teams. We pride ourselves on collaboration, a positive attitude, and a practical “get‑it‑done” approach.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and adapt visual assets including electronic direct mail (eDMs), social media posts, landing pages, and sales aids
Ensure all designs align with Baxter brand guidelines and visual identity
Support the creation of campaign concepts and visual layouts
Use Adobe InDesign and Illustrator for day-to-day design tasks; using Canva and Photoshop when required
Build, schedule, and manage direct email campaigns using email marketing platforms
Assist in setting up, tracking, and reporting on Salesforce marketing campaigns
Maintain and update digital content across websites and campaign channels
Stay up to date with emerging AI tools and digital trends relevant to design, content creation, email marketing, and automation
Identify opportunities to improve processes through new technologies or AIenabled features
Provide best practice training , inspiration, tips, and guidance to internal teams to help optimise customer experience and marketing performance
Work closely with marketing managers, sales teams, and colleagues across Commercial Excellence to support marketing needs
Communicate clearly, proactively, and positively with cross functional stakeholders
Participate in planning sessions and contribute ideas to enhance content quality and overall campaign effectiveness.
Key Requirements
Tertiary studies in graphic design, marketing, communications, digital media or related fields
Experience in design, marketing, or related fields (agency or inhouse)
Strong graphic design capabilities and a portfolio showcasing relevant work
Intermediate proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign & Illustrator essential; Photoshop a plus) and familiarity with Canva
Ability to work with digital marketing tools (CRM/Salesforce, email platforms, web content editors, analytics dashboards)
Understanding of email marketing platforms and campaign execution fundamentals
Interest in emerging technologies, including AI tools for design, content creation, workflow optimisation, and marketing automation
Willingness to prepare and present to sales & marketing teams from time to time
Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Detail oriented, organised, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
A positive mindset, curiosity to learn, and a “godo” attitude.
