Position Summary
The Design Manager is responsible for the efficient production of high-quality design of digital and print marketing collateral for one of Aetna’s key strategic clients. You will ensure successful design in creative projects and programs through the development of cohesive, thoughtful creative concepts and seamless execution. You will work quickly and effectively, and continually finds ways to work more efficiently through in-depth understanding of design software and other digital tools. You will suggest improvements and modify formats to increase quality and scale of production.
You will ensure all creative deliverables are aligned with the client’s design quality, brand and consistency standards. You will contribute design to an extensive collection of informative and promotional communications and campaigns, including but not limited to booklets, brochures, emails, digital flyers and banners. You will bring innovative, empathetic, tactical, and strategic-level thinking to client projects.
You will serve as a strategic and trusted partner to the account management, writing and client teams. You will exhibit outstanding creative judgment and achieve the highest possible creative standards for all materials, regardless of medium. You will demonstrate a strong knowledge of the client’s business, style, brand and consistency standards.

The typical pay range for this role is:
$66,330.00 - $159,120.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
