We are currently for a Design Manager to lead the design and delivery of Group 2 and 3 ICT systems on a major health project in Adelaide. This role is critical in ensuring ICT solutions are high quality, fit for purpose, fully integrated and delivered in line with client, safety and sustainability expectations.
Reporting to the ICT Project Manager, you will act as the subject matter expert across a broad portfolio of ICT and digital health systems, guiding them from early design through to package management during delivery.
What you'll be responsible for:
Lead design management across a wide range of ICT and digital health technologies, transitioning into package management during delivery
Act as the key interface between consultants, trade partners, client representatives and internal stakeholders
Drive design quality, value optimisation and fitness for purpose across all technology packages
Represent Lendlease in technical working groups and digital health forums
Coordinate design deliverables, approvals, departures and change management processes
Support technology integration, including run‑up rooms and system interoperability
Establish and manage design quality frameworks, document control and digital engineering processes
Collaborate closely with construction, commercial and delivery teams to ensure seamless outcomes
Compliance with Lendlease Global Minimum Requirements (GMRs) and EHS in Design obligations
Risks are identified, eliminated or mitigated throughout the design lifecycle
Sustainability targets (Green Star, NABERS, WELL) are embedded into design outcomes
Strong project governance, reporting, cost control and stakeholder engagement

Nurse Call, Patient Engagement & Registration Systems
Audio Visual Technology & Electronic Wayfinding
Networking (WAN/LAN/WLAN), Compute & Storage
Unified Communications & Messaging Integration
RTLS, End User Compute & Print
Public Announcement and Master Clock Systems
About you:
Proven experience managing ICT and/or digital health design on large, complex infrastructure projects
Strong understanding of integrated technology systems within healthcare or mission‑critical environments (highly regarded)
Demonstrated capability leading multidisciplinary consultant teams
Experience transitioning from design management into delivery / package management
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and problem‑solving skills
A strong commitment to safety, quality, sustainability and collaboration
Relevant qualifications in ICT, engineering or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
