The Role

Teneo Studio is seeking a Studio Intern to join our global creative team. This internship is designed for rising seniors with an interest in design who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The intern will support the Studio team across a variety of creative projects and gain exposure to branding, presentation design, and digital asset creation. This role offers the opportunity to learn from experienced designers and contribute to real business-facing work across Teneo’s five business segments.

 

Responsibilities

  • Support the Studio team in delivering high-quality creative across internal projects
  • Assist in developing design concepts based on project briefs and guidance from senior team members
  • Help create and format a range of materials, including presentations, reports, one-pagers, and other business documents
  • Contribute to digital assets such as website graphics, email invitations, and marketing materials
  • Apply established brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all deliverables
  • Assist with basic layout, typesetting, and image selection
  • Help review work for accuracy and consistency before final delivery
  • Manage multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining attention to detail
  • Collaborate with team members across Studio and Marketing

 

Qualifications

  • Rising senior currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field
  • Demonstrated interest in design through coursework, internships, or personal projects
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) a must
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Word
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and grow in a collaborative environment
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work on multiple assignments

Compensation 
$23/hour 

 

Flexible Work Policy: 

Teneo believes in in-person collaboration when possible and if you are assigned to the New York office, the company expectation is for interns to work from the office location a minimum of 4 days a week.
