About the Role:
Support business development and service lines by producing high-quality proposals, presentations, and marketing collaterals aligned with Cushman & Wakefield global brand guidelines.
Prepare and revise architectural drawings, zoning plans, and layouts using AutoCAD, supporting client proposals, test-fits, and conceptual space planning.
Design visual assets for internal and external communications, including presentations, email campaigns, website content, and social media materials.
Collaborate with business leaders and regional stakeholders to translate technical and commercial concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives.
Support internal branding initiatives and employee engagement activities, including town halls, training workshops, festive events, and client-facing events.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on creative production, print materials, and event-related design support as required.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Design, or a related field.
Fresh Graduates or 1–3 years of experience in a design, architectural, or marketing communications support role.
Proficient in AutoCAD with the ability to prepare architectural drawings, layouts, and space plans; real estate or built-environment exposure is a strong advantage.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar software & platforms, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working across creative, technical, and commercial requirements in a fast-paced environment.
Good English communication skills with the ability to work closely with regional & local senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
