About the Role
This 12-month fixed-term contract offers an exciting opportunity to support the development and implementation of emerging AI/ML technologies in clinical research protocol design. If you’re passionate about innovation and artificial intelligence in healthcare and looking to launch your career, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain tracking spreadsheets for data collection.
  • Perform data entry and cleaning to ensure accuracy.
  • Follow up with teams to support timely actions and deliverables.
  • Conduct internet research on disease treatments and clinical trial activity.
  • Upload files to databases and maintain departmental records, including contact lists and training materials.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or higher education.
  • General knowledge of medical terminology, GCP, FDA regulations, and the drug development process.
  • Strong computer literacy and proficiency in relevant software tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to write clear reports in English.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
