Are you passionate about deploying and managing AI models? We're looking for an experienced MLOps Engineer to join our team and help operationalize our AI initiatives.
As an MLOps Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in developing and maintaining the infrastructure and tools required to deploy, monitor, and manage AI models in production. This role is critical for ensuring the successful implementation and scaling of applications within our organization. This role involves working closely with Enterprise Architects, Data Engineers and Data Scientists to ensure seamless integration and deployment of AI and machine learning models including Generative AI and Agentic AI.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- MLOps Platform: Develop, operate, and maintain the platform to accelerate AI
- CI/CD Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models.
- Monitoring and Logging: Implement monitoring and logging solutions to ensure model performance and reliability.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Data Engineers and Data Scientists to streamline the model development and deployment process.
- Automation: Automate model retraining and deployment workflows.
- Infrastructure as Code: Develop and maintain infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Infrastructure Security and Compliance: Ensure security and compliance of infrastructure and applications.
- Model Governance and Security: Ensure compliance with best practices for model governance and security.
- Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to infrastructure and model deployment and performance.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: 4-year College Degree required; Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline preferred. Master’s Degree a plus
- Experience: Industrial experience as an MLOps Engineer
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python and Bash and experience with ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps)
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
- Proven hands-on experience managing AWS resources with Terraform
- Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and AWS services (e.g., EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, EventBridge, Sagemaker)
- Experience with common data lake platforms such as (Databricks, Snowflake, AWS Redshift)
- Experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with c3.ai a plus
