What You’ll Do :
As Deputy Venue Manager – Off-Venue Hospitality (OVH), Event Production, you will play a key role in the final preparations and day-to-day operations of your assigned venue. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help deliver exceptional experiences through careful planning, real-time problem-solving, and effective team coordination.
You’ll support the Venue Manager in ensuring the venue runs smoothly and efficiently, providing safe and high-quality conditions for both suppliers and guests. When the Venue Manager is unavailable, you’ll take the lead, acting as the primary on-site representative for the Event Production team and the wider company.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist the Venue Manager in delivering consistent, high-quality hospitality programs.
Manage and coordinate external suppliers and vendors.
Act as the on-site lead in the absence of the Venue Manager.
Contribute to operational planning, setup, and readiness of the venue.
Support the development and updating of operational tools and documentation.
Lead or facilitate regular production meetings with staff and partners.
Anticipate, troubleshoot, and respond proactively to operational challenges before and during event delivery.
Collaborate closely with other venue teams to share learnings, best practices, and operational solutions.

What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Sports/Event Management, or related field — or equivalent practical experience.
3–5 years of experience in event production, brand activations, or venue management.
Fluent in business English and Italian (spoken and written).
Experience managing operations in event venues or hospitality spaces.
Previous involvement in large-scale sports events or immersive activations is a strong plus.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven.

Residency in or near Milano or Cortina, Italy is a plus.
Willingness to work long hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
