Siamo alla ricerca di un Deputy TGCM (Total Gas and Chemical Management) Manager da inserire all'interno della nostra Business Line Elettronica a Catania. In questa posizione, collaborerai e supporterai il TGCM Manager, coordinando le operazioni quotidiane e garantendo il servizio presso uno dei nostri siti produttivi più strategici.

Se hai un background ingegneristico, una solida leadership e la capacità di gestire sistemi tecnici complessi in contesti industriali sfidanti, questa è l'opportunità per fare il passo successivo nella tua carriera.

 

Il tuo obiettivo sarà garantire l'efficienza operativa e mantenere i più alti standard di sicurezza e qualità:

• People Management: Coordinerai il team di manutenzione, gestendo turni, pianificazioni e priorità degli interventi in base alle specializzazioni dei membri del team.

• HSE & Compliance: Redigerai istruzioni operative, gestirai i permessi di lavoro e parteciperai attivamente alle analisi ARA (Accident Risk Analysis) monitorando i piani d'azione.

• Gestione Tecnica & Asset: Ti occuperai della verifica dei DPI critici (autorespiratori, maschere, estintori) e del monitoraggio tecnico dei sistemi di stoccaggio e distribuzione gas (ESM, gas cabinets, loop di sicurezza).

• Operational Excellence: Monitorerai i KPI di contratto, analizzerai l'affidabilità degli impianti e lavorerai sull'ottimizzazione dei costi.

• Customer Relationship: Supporterai nel rappresentare l'azienda di fronte al cliente e agli enti pubblici, assicurando un servizio d'eccellenza e monitorando la customer satisfaction.

Are you a MATCH?

 

• Formazione: Laurea in Ingegneria (Chimica, Meccanica o processi Industriali).

• Competenze Tecniche: Conoscenza della fisica dei gas, dei processi industriali e dei sistemi di distribuzione ESM/gas detection.

• HSE Mindset: Conoscenza approfondita delle normative sicurezza, qualità e ambiente.

• Leadership: Esperienza pregressa nella gestione di persone e attitudine al decision-making.

• Soft Skills: Orientamento al cliente, capacità organizzative e propensione al teamworking.

• Lingue: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.

• Flessibilità: Disponibilità alla reperibilità.
